Panta Rhei Circularis is my universe — a thought space for the transformation of the built environment. It connects second-order cybernetics, morphological analysis, and protopian thinking into an operative framework for wicked problems.
The framework draws on Fritz Zwicky, Heinz von Foerster, Kevin Kelly, Donella Meadows, and Marcus Aurelius — not as historical figures, but as active thought-forms inhabiting Syntonia.
